Garlic Paste (1 Tbsp)
Ginger Paste (1 Tbsp)
Lemon Juice (8 Tbsp)
Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp)

How To Prepare?

Prepare the marinade by Combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add your choice of meat (beef, chicken, or mutton) to this marinade. Make sure every piece is well-coated. Let it sit and absorb the flavours for 2 hours.
After marinating, it's time to get your skewers. Thread the meat pieces onto the skewers.
Now you're ready to grill. Set up your barbecue grill with charcoal. Heat each side of the skewered meat for about 3-4 minutes.
When the meat turns golden brown, brush some oil onto it. This helps keep the meat moist and gives it a nice finish. Continue grilling the meat until it's evenly cooked and tender.
Your Tikka Botti is ready! Serve it up with some mint raita, a fresh salad, and naan.
