Butt Dukan Qorma Masala is a rich and aromatic blend of spices used to create Qorma (or Korma), a luxurious and creamy curry staple in South Asian/ Pakistani cuisine. This dish is known for its silky, fragrant yogurt, cream, or coconut milk sauce. It is infused with a carefully selected array of spices and slow-cooked with meat such as chicken, lamb, or beef, though vegetarian versions are also popular. Originating from the Mughal era, Qorma embodies the sophistication and depth of flavors characteristic of Mughlai cuisine, making it a favorite for special occasions and celebrations.
