RECIPE:

Ingredients Required:

  • 2 KG Meat ( (Beef, Chicken, Or Mutton)
  • Garlic Paste (1 Tbsp)
  • Ginger Paste (1 Tbsp)
  • Lemon Juice (8 Tbsp)
  • Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp)
  • Butt Dukan Tikka Botti Masala Recipe Mix (1 Packet)

How To Prepare?

  • Prepare the marinade by Combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add your choice of meat (beef, chicken, or mutton) to this marinade. Make sure every piece is well-coated. Let it sit and absorb the flavours for 2 hours.
  • After marinating, it's time to get your skewers. Thread the meat pieces onto the skewers.
  • Now you're ready to grill. Set up your barbecue grill with charcoal. Heat each side of the skewered meat for about 3-4 minutes.
  • When the meat turns golden brown, brush some oil onto it. This helps keep the meat moist and gives it a nice finish. Continue grilling the meat until it's evenly cooked and tender.
  • Your Tikka Botti is ready! Serve it up with some mint raita, a fresh salad, and naan.
