RECIPE:

Ingredients Required:

  • Red Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Butt Dukan's Chicken Tikka Recipe Mix
  • Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

How To Prepare?

  • Combine garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, garlic powder, coriander powder, Butt Dukan's Chicken Tikka Recipe Mix, and carom seeds (ajwain) in a bowl to prepare the marinade.
  • Add 2 kilograms of chicken to this marinade and mix well. Now, let this marinade sit for 2 hours, allowing the flavours to infuse into the chicken.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Now, you're ready to grill. Cook your chicken tikka on a barbecue grill with charcoal for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Once the chicken turns golden brown, brush a little oil onto it using a brush.
