RECIPE:
Ingredients Required:
- 2 KG Meat (Beef, Chicken,
- Or Mutton)
- Basmati Rice- (2 KG)
- (Soak For 20 Minutes)
- Onion (500 G) (Thin Sliced)
- Tomato (500g) (Thin Sliced)
- Yogurt (Thick) (400 G)
- Garlic Paste (4 Tbsp)
- Ginger Paste( 4 Tbsp)
- Green Chili 12-16 (Small, Whole)
- Cooking Oil-2 Cups (400 G)
- Butt Dukan Special Biryani Recipe Mix (1 Packet)
How To Prepare?
- Take Some Fry Onions. Add Some Ginger And Garlic Powder/Paste. Cook This For About A Minute. Add Tomatoes And Keep Stirring Until You See The Oil Separating.
- Add The Meat To The Pan Along With Yogurt And Butt Dukan Biryani Masala Recipe Mix. Cook Them Altogether On Medium Flame For A Few Minutes.
- Add 4 Cups Of Water For Chicken Or 8 Cups For Beef Or Mutton. Cover The Pan And Cook It At A Low Flame Until The Meat Is Fully Cooked.
- Add Some Green Chilies To The Mix And Stir-Fry It On High Flame Until The Oil Separates From The Gravy.
- In A Large Pot, Spread A Layer Of Meat Curry At The Bottom. On Top Of This, Add A Layer Of Boiled Rice. If You Want, You Can Add Some Yellow Food Color At This Stage.
- Cover The Pot And Cook It On Low Flame For About 5 To 10 Minutes Until Your Rice Is Completely Cooked.
- Your Biryani Is Now Ready To Serve! Enjoy It With Some Mint Raita And Salad On The Side.
